Meatballs in Spicy Korean Sauce

Make meat balls, add extra minced garlic and more ginger   (see text recipe)

Spicy Korean Sauce

1/4 cup Gochujang (Korean chili paste)

1/2 Minced garlic and 1/2 ginger

1/4 cup rice vinegar

1.5 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 < 3/4 tablespoon Sriracha chile garlic sauce

1/4 cup maple syrup

Lime juice

2 1/2 tablespoon Ketchup

Dash of fish sauce 

2 tablespoons water

Cornstarch to thicken

White sesame seeds, for garnish

Add above ingredients to saucepan  and bring to a boil

Add cornstarch rue to thicken

Add meatballs to sauce

Add toasted sesame seeds as garnish
