40 oz Sam's Club Member Mark Non Fat Greek Yogurt
Seeds of 7/8 cardamom pods
1 tbl spoon sugar
2 tbl spoons milk
8 strands of Saffron (Indian Store)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp Rose Water
nuts: chopped Pistachios/almonds
1. Grind Cardamom and 1 tbl spoon sugar in a mortal and pestle until mixture is a fine powder
2. Warm 2 tbls spoon milk, mix in strands of saffron, add 1/2 sugar until it dissolves. Add Cardamom/sugar mixture, 2 tsp rose water, mix and cool completely
3. In a food processor mix Yogurt and flavoring (2)
4. Pour back into the orginal container
Serve garnished with nuts on its own or over blueberries
