Ingredients:
300 g Walnuts (finely chopped)
40 g Walnuts (coarsely chopped)
2 Egg Whites
Vanilla
Orange rind
130 g Granulated Sugar
30 g Whole Cane Sugar
40 g Chocolate Chips
A pinch of salt
Baking soda
Icing Sugar
Bake at 350 F (fan assisted) for 10-12 minutes maximum (they should remain soft)
