1 head butter lettuce
1 lb ground chicken
1 small sweet onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 T ginger, grated
2 T hoisin sauce
2 1/2 T oyster sauce
1 T rice vinegar
2 t sriracha sauce
salt & pepper
2 green onions
2 thai green chillies, chopped fine
8 oz chopped water chesnuts
1 t sesame oil
In a wok, heat 1 T olive oil and saute ground chicken till brown.
Add onion, garlic, ginger and saute for 3 mins.
Add the rest of ingredients (except sesame oil) and saute on high heat for 5 mins.
Sprinkle with sesame oil and mix well.
Separate butter lettuce leaves, spoon chicken mixture into center of each leaf and wrap.
