2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar (to taste)
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp mirin
1 to 2 tbsp water
Bring to a boil to thicken
