Makes 1 litre/4 cups Kahlua
1 cup hot freshly brewed espresso coffee
2 cups brown sugar (or 1.5 cup brown sugar + 2 tbl spoons *molasses
1 cup dark rum (mix dark rum w. golden rum?)
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Cinnamon stick?

Whisk the coffee and brown sugar together in a large jug.Â
Add the rum and vanilla bean and stir. Cover and allow to steep for at least 1 week.
