1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
4/5 tbl spoons coconut milk
1 cup total of a mixture good amber, dark and coconut rum
1/2 bar of good dark chocolate melted in warm/slightly hot condensed milk
2 tbsp freshly brewed coffee
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp good vanilla extract or vanilla bean
(1/4 cup pinacolada coconut cocktail mixture)
1. Pour condensed milk into saucepan. Warm milk
2. Melt chocolate in warm milk, take off heat
3. Mix condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk in 2 above with cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg and vanilla
4. Pour chocolate milk mixture into liquidizer and blend thoroughly for couple of minutes
4. Pour into clean bottle; allow to cool
5. Store in refrigerator
