Ingredients:
A:
1 cup (Chapati) flour
1/4 cup dried coconut flakes (Indian store)
1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
3/4 tsp baking soda
B:
1/3 stick butter
4 to 5 Tbl sp Brown sugar
2 to 3 table spoons veg oil
Rind of 1/2 lemon
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp vanilla
Guava Paste, sliced thinly
Guava Jam
Almond flakes
0. Line pan with wax paper
1. Wisk A
2. Cream B until creamy and light
3. Fold A into B
4. Divide mixture in 3 into 2/3 and 1/3
5. Pour 2/3 mixture into pan, flatten lightly; bake at 350 deg for 8 mins
6. Lay Guava paste slices over pastry, cover with 1/3 mixture, coconut flakes and almond flakes
7. Drizzle warmed guava jam
8. Bake for 8/10 mins
