1 cup gram dahl
1 ½ cup sugar
1 ½ cup dessicated coconut (fine, unsweetened)
Soak the gram dahl overnight, boil and strain. When blending, add a little
water.
Blend all ingredients in a pan and put in microwave oven on medium for 10
minutes.
Take out, mix, and put back in the micro for 10 minutes.
Stir, and cook again for 10 minutes.
Stir, and cook for another 10 minutes (I omit this step)
Add ¼ tsp. cardamom powder and 2/3 tbsp. butter. Mix, and cook again in
micro for 10 minutes.
Stir for the last time and put in a flat tray and cook in micro for 5
minutes.
Take out, cool, and cut into squares.
(the doss must be in the microwave for a total of about 45 minutes).
