Chopped Onion

3/4 tsp Cumin
3/4 tsp Coriander
Cardamom
Salt
Coriander or parsley
jalapeno
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp bread crumbs
lemon juice
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Form into balls and fry
Serve in a tortilla with
Roasted Red pepper/white bean hummus: White beans, garlic, lemon, jalapeno , pickled onion & pepper mix, Cumin & Coriander powder
or a greek salad
