1/3 cup (75g) water
1/4 cup (50g) fish sauce
<1/2 cup (75g) sugar
<1/4 (50g) lime juice & pulp (roughly >1 lime)
3 garlic cloves (or 2 large ones)
1/4 tsp chile paste
Hot (green chili) and sweet chilies (red pepper) sliced thin
Dissolve sugar in water, fish sauce and in a saucepan of water over heat
Add finely chopped clove and finely chopped hot chili and sweet chilies and lime juice
