1 cup of water
1 large Mexican dried chili (Guajillo Chili), seeds removed and cut into small pieces with kitchen scissors
3 small Mexican dried chillies (Chile Arbol), seed removed and cut into small pieces with kitchen scissors
1/3 to 1/4 cup Roasted red pepper, drained
1 bar of cream cheese, cut into pieces
3/4 tsp crushed garlic
1/2 to 3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 to 3/4 tsp onion powder
finely grated rined of one lime
2 tsp lime juice
1 to 2 tsp honey
Salt
Pepper
1. Microwave 1 cup of water in a small bowl for 2 mins, soak chopped dried chilis for 30/45 mins
2. Drain (dried) chilli thoroughly, then add to food processor with 1/3 of the cream cheese rest of the ingredients and mix well
3. Add remaining 2/3 cream cheese and mix well
Smear onto toasted bagels
