1.5 cup flour
1.5+ TblSp Sugar
Rind of 1 Orange
1 stick butter (slightly cold, from Fridge not freezer)
1 tsp Vanilla/Almond essence
1. Rub in orange rind into sugar
2. Cube butter into 1/2 inch cubes
3. lightly combine 1 & 2 add essence
4. Place Flour in food processor with butter mixture
5. Pulse Lightly to combine
6. Spread in baking container using bottom of glass to levelÂ
7. Blind bake 350 deg F for 15 mins
