Measure: Regular metal tsp (not smaller version)
Sauce Ingredients:
1 tsp Chilli garlic Sauce
3 tsp Oyster Sauce
2-3 tsp Fish Sauce
3 tsp Ponzu Citrus Soy Sauce
3 tsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Apricot Jam
2 tsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
2-3 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tsp hot spicy stir fry sauce (jar)
1/2 tsp chilli bean Sauce
1. Mix Sauce ingredients, adjust as necessary for optimal sweet balance
2. Prep veges
3. Fry onions with garlic, ginger and shrimp paste.
4. Add rest of veges, saute for a while then cover for optimal tenderness
5. Add grilled meat and Sauce.
6. Serve over rice
