Meatballs
1 lb ground turkey
2 green onions, sliced into rings
1-2 tsp sesame oil
2/3 Tbl sp Panko breadcrumbs
1 Tbl sp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbl sp Hoisan Sauce
2 Tsp garlic
2 Tsp ginger
Form meatball and broil in oven
Sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 Tbl sp cup brown sugar
1⁄4 cup honey
1 to 2 tablespoons chipotle chiles in adobo 'paste'
1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbl sp Fish sauce
1 Tsp garlic
1 - 2 Tsp ginger
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
2-3 Tsp Light Soy Sauce
1-2 Tsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
Mix above ingredients in a large bowl and set aside
Stir Fry
1 Tsp garlic
1 Tsp ginger
1/2 Sliced onion
1/2 Red Pepper Julianne d
1/2 Green Pepper Julianne d
1/2 Yellow Pepper Julianne d
1 Carrot
Julianne d
Heat a little oil in a wok, stir fry above ingredients. Place cover to steam veggies for not more than a minute.
To assemble, fold meatballs in the prepared sauce to cover meatballs in the sauce, then pour meatballs into stir fry. Serve with rice.
