Chili Oil
2 Tbl Sp Gochugaru chili powder
<1 level Tsp Thai Chili powder
1/2 tsp Szechuan Peppercorns
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
4 tbl spoon oil
Warm/Heat oil (do not boil), pour above ingredients and stir
Sauce
2 Tblsp Oyster
1 Tblsp Soy
1 Tblsp Balsamic
1 Tblsp Shaosing wine
1 Tblsp Toasted Sesame oil
1 1/2 Tsp sugar
Pork Mince
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
Green onion (white part) chopped
1/8 - 1/4 onion chopped
Cilantro stalks chopped
1/2 lb pork mince
Saute ginger, garlic, white part of green onion, onion, cilantro stalks; add pork mince and cook thoroughly.
Add Sauce
Boil Ramen noodles
Mix noodles in mince; pour chili oil; mix in Chpped green onion and chopped cilantro
