Cat Fish dredged in beer and coarse mustard in Panko Bread Crumbs
(fish was served on Cuban toasted rolls with chipotle coleslaw)
Beer/Mustard wash:
Mix beer and coarse mustard (add some Dijon)
Panko Breadcrumb mix
Garlic powder
Onion Powder
Chili flakes/powder
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Dredge fish in flour
Dip in beer/mustard mix
Dip/pack in panko bread crumbs
Fry in oil, oil should reach half way on fish
