For the next event, Reno 2016, you'll need to make payment of $185 before May 31, 2015.
I'll accept the money at any time, whatever is convenient for you.
Explanation of membership. When you join, you are asked for $240. The first $55 gets the team registration fees paid that are due, usually paid one year in advance (yes, USBC way of doing things). The remaining $185 goes to: $55 each for doubles and singles, $15 for all events, $5 processing fee and the remaining $55 for the next year's registration. The last $55 is collected when you join because that next year's registration fees are due March 1, and I'll be sure our registration is entered when it comes available, sometime after February 15. Every year after this, to maintain your membership, you need to pay $185 by May 31. We payoff the registration with the USBC in June of each year so that we can try to avoid the 10:30pm doubles and singles squad (assignments are done on first-come, first-serve paid entries). I have made exceptions to this over the years, but it is a paperwork nightmare to keep track of individuals, rather than the group.
Anyone can bring a team to join us and I will help you incorporate into our group. First, get your team together and get them registered for the next event. It will require $275 payment to the USBC and you will need to choose the same date and squad we are registered for. Once you have confirmation back from the USBC, share it with me and I'll work to get your team into my group. If you are joining before May 31, you and your guys will need to then pay the $185 as above. If you are joining after May 31, you'll actually need to submit the $275 team registration fee for next year to me AND the $925 per team to the USBC (paid in full for the current/upcoming event). Once your team is on our squad (USBC calls it a group), I can then manage it and your players collectively (see last sentence in the above paragraph). You should share with your team who I am and this website. I will need from each of them: name and an email address. I will contact them and get all of the information gathered to complete registration and paperwork. This website is always the best place to send anyone interested to get information about us or the tournament.
