Landau (Pfalz) is a charming town in the southern of Rhineland-Palatinate, in Germany. This region is considered the heart of Europe and it is situated between the Rhine-Main-Area (east) and the borders to France, Belgium, and Luxemburg (west). Landau is well known by the fascinating landscape and historical places.
We went to Landau for a Conference of Linguistics in March 2006. While Sandra was attending the conference I enjoyed the holidays...
St. Maria Church, the main square, and the Festival Hall.
I was always checking the directions in the Map... We had a wonderful time there!
