The Maynard Public Library is a member of the Minuteman Library Network (MLN), a consortium of 42 public and academic libraries in Eastern Massachusetts that share a common database and collaborate to provide information services to the region.
The combined libraries of the network hold over 6 million items available to all library card holders, whether in person or through interlibrary transfer.
You can access the online catalog at http://library.minlib.net
to search for materials by title, author, subject or keyword. From this search, you can see which libraries hold an item and whether it is available to check out. You can also request that an item from another library be delivered to Maynard for checkout.
From your online account, you can check due dates for items you've checked out, renew materials and check on requests. Using the Lists feature, you can save the names of books you'd like to read in the future. You can also opt to save your reading history--a list of all materials you've checked out.
