I'm a Cognitive Neuroscience researcher working at the Berlin School of Mind and Brain. I use electroencephalography, eye tracking, psychophysics and functional neuroimaging to study how context interferes with brain activity.
The context is a broad term used in many domains, always referring to the circumstances in which events occur. Context effects occur at different scales and are nested within each other. This multiscale nature of contexts and how they interact with each other is poorly understood and a major interest of my research.
