Sept 14, 2013
Matt St. James is a 2003 Churchville-Chili High School graduate. He graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2007 with a degree in Social Work. As an undergraduate, Matthew was a top runner on the Cross Country and Track teams for four years. He was out running every day, giving it his all, running for the glory of God. On March 14, 2007, Matt was running at practice on the outdoor track when he had cardiac arrest with a brain injury as a result. After spending over 3 years at Monroe Community Hospital, he is now living at home. Matt has come a long way since that day. God is doing a mighty work in Matt. Praise God! Thank you for helping us get Matthew home!!! Matt is still improving!!!
New this year: We will be having a Kid Fun Run!
This year, we will be donating to the Brain Injury Association! Please consider making a donation to the Brain Injury Association.
Starting with the 6th Annual 5k, we were able to donate Heart Rate monitors to the Churchville-Chili Cross Country team. We felt it was important to hopefully prevent another runner from Cardiac Arrest.
Thank you everyone that came out to support Matthew and the Brain Injury Association!
