I am an Assistant Professor in the Economics Department at Tufts University. I am also an IZA Research Affiliate.  My research interests are in Labor Economics, Public Economics, and Political Economy.  I received my Ph.D. in economics from Boston University.  Prior to joining Tufts, I was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Sciences at West Point and a Research Analyst in the Army's Office of Economic and Manpower Analysis.
