Course Description and Grading Breakdown

The rough plan is:

1) Structure of real reductive groups
2) Topological representations
3) (g,K)-modules
4) Asymptotic of matrix coefficients
5) Induction, intertwining integrals, Harish-Chandra's Xi function
6) Langlands classification
7) Perhaps some other topics if time remains

The main resources will be: Wallach, "Real Reductive Groups"; Knapp, "Representation Theory of Semisimple Groups"; some historical research papers; At the bottom of this page you can find unpolished and unfinished notes in progress I have.

Grading scheme will be decided upon later.
