Professional experience

Cybersecurity professional whose qualifications include a PhD degree in computer science at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), where he developed methods to block arbitrary code execution attacks based on Return-Oriented Programming. Has OSCP, OSCE and OSWP certifications, and knowledge of security tools, technologies and best practices. Five years of experience in system and network administration, security solutions project and implementation, and incident analysis for the Brazilian Army Military Organizations. Enthusiastic penetration tester and exploits developer. Worked as an Intern at the Siemens Cyber Security for the Americas team, in Princeton / NJ, USA, where he supported penetration testing projects. Currently teaches theoretical and practical courses on "Offensive Security of Software" and "Computer Architecture" at the Computer Science Department of CEFET-MG. 

I have interest in the Computer Security area, specially the penetration testing and exploit development activities. I've also worked on Computer Networks Administration, Data Mining and Machine Learning, Web Applications and Database, mainly on projects for free platforms (Linux). Graduated from the School of Management of the Brazilian Army (EsFCEx), I hold the post of First Lieutenant in the Complementary Officers Staff and led the activities of a Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) at the 4th Area Telematics Center.
