Tai Chi Training in the Master Wong System:
Master Wong’s Tai Chi Combat System is a potent weapon that will teach you to utilise your whole body in unison to deliver immense power and control.

Tai Chi Combat I

This is the first part of Master Wong’s Tai Chi Combat System. It covers both
the Yang and Chen form and Combat technique; learning includes basic exercises to build the
flexibility, co-ordination and strength of the body necessary in order to set a viable foundation.
Form teaches the relevant body movement and technique used in combat, this must be practiced
often and regularly in order to strengthen the body’s capability. Application allows the individual
to practice and use combat technique with another person in order to develop power and skill in Tai Chi.

Both Chen and Yang forms are inclusive within this training system. Master Wong has brought these unique and incredible skills of combat in there true form to you, making this rare and historically exclusive skill available to learn. Part 1
This first part introduces Yang style application, Master Wong will guide you through its unique methods of grabbing, pushing, pulling, throwing, hitting to the body internally, and taking down your opponent.

Part 2
This part details each section of the Yang Style 24 form. Master Wong will show you how to move, and assimilate the necessary Yang movements into the physical and mental aspects of your body.

Part 3
Full Chen Style ‘Cannon Fist’ form, Master Wong will guide you step by step through each form part. Chen Style uses low movement to generate power as well as its skillful actions in order to strengthen your body and ingrain its methods into you.

Part 4
This fourth part introduces the second Tai Chi form Chen style application. As before, Master Wong will take you in detail through each different application, illustrating how the form is applied in the combat zone, using the principles of Chen styles powerful movement to break down your opponents attack and destroy them internally

Training

All training sessions in the Master Wong System are taught by Master Wong himself from a purpose built training facility. Training is ‘old school’ in that it is tough but effective, and there are areas of training that can benefit ANY individual. Once you have finished training in one of our courses you will receive a certificate (not a qualification) stating what you have trained in. If you are interested in training to become a Master Wong instructor then you must sign up and book an instructor course, once you have completed the course, been assessed by Master Wong and passed then you will receive a qualification as an instructor in the Master Wong system

Master Wong System - Tai Chi Combat 2

The Second installment of Master Wong’s Tai Chi Combat System, the next Chen Style form ‘Old Frame’ is similar to the first Chen form, carrying on its ideology to the next level by introducing further aspects of application and movement.tai chi combat lesson ipswich

Part 1
This part teaches the entire Chen Style ‘Old Frame’ form, broken down into parts, explained and performed by Master Wong in its entirety.

Part 2
Master Wong will introduce you to this Chen style forms application, including shoulder bump, weight control, elbowing to the body, take downs and many further aspects that Chen Style uses in order to overwhelm an opponent.

Part 3
In this part Master Wong will teach you the fundamental basic exercises necessary in order to build a successful foundation in Chen style Tai Chi. Basic hand and body movements, how to develop and maintain your posture and build your body structure and basic technique.

Health Tai Chi Part 1
Dealing with the basic hand and feet exercises in Master Wong’s health tai chi, this part shows you how to practice the fundamental stepping -learning how to transfer your weight properly and balance your body. Chi Kung - Part 1
This part of Master Wong’s Chi Kung system incorporates the first basic exercises including – standing like the tree exercise, horse stance exercises – drawing the bow, pushing from the waist, back exercise, and many more all with Master Wong’s direct guidance on how to practice correctly and safely.

Chi Kung - Part 2
Exercises in this part are orientated on a Swiss ball, this transfers all of the basic exercises done in the previous part onto the ball, developing posture and making exercises performable in a sitting position.
