COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Applying Web 2.0 in the Classroom (Part II)
This course is designed to extend integrating Web 2.0 by applying tools to the curriculum.  The course will focus on blending multimedia and video into the classroom using a variety of tools (video/publishing tools, social networking sites and presentation tools).  Student will publish to the web and post to class blog or wiki site. Additionally, this course will use a   variety of tools such as blogs, wikis, back channels, twitter and social networking sites to support online collaboration.  This course will support differentiated instruction models of learning and can be applied to all grade levels and content areas (language arts, social studies, science, math, world language, music, special education, library/study skills, etc).
*Suggestion - Use Firefox or Google Chrome as your web browser for Google Docs.
