We would like to march 20 color guard in the competition show. The above 7 (CA) will have to challenge for a spot to march in competition show. All (CA) will participate in every parade, pre-game performance and Most football game half time shows.

2018 Drumline Mini-Camp Schedule

Friday & Saturday, May 25 & 26

Mini-camp is for ALL members of the drumline, including field and front-line ensemble (pit) players.

** NO SANDALS, FLIPFLOPS, ETC. are to be worn at ANY rehearsal.**

Schedule:

Friday, May 25

Mini-camp begins at 9 a.m.

Be on time and ready to participate! Early is on time. On time is late! If you don’t arrive until 9 a.m. you are late.

Bring your sticks or mallets if you have them, your 3-ring binders, etc. Be prepared to go outside….have jackets, sunscreen, etc.

We will break for lunch at approximately noon. Thanks to some parent volunteers, lunch will be catered in (your lunches will be paid from your band fees) or you may bring a sack lunch. We will eat as a group, maybe watch drumline videos, etc. You may NOT leave school during lunch.

Practice resumes at 1:30 p.m.

Dinner break at 5 p.m. Students must leave school during our dinner break.

Practice resumes at 6:30 p.m. Be back on time!!!

Day #1 ends at 9 p.m. Make sure you are picked up on time, go home and get some rest!!!

Saturday, May 26

Mini-camp resumes at 9 a.m.

Wake up, be on time and ready to participate.

We will break for lunch at noon. Again, lunch will be catered or you may bring a sack lunch. You may NOT leave school during lunch.

Rehearsal resumes at 1:30.

Day 2 ends at 3 p.m. Make sure you are picked up on time, If you aren’t tired, you didn’t work hard enough!

The success of the drumline and YOUR personal success as a member of the drumline depend on how much we can accomplish at mini-camp.
