Beans -- kidney, pinto, Pork & Beans, chili, etc.

Vegetables -- peas, green beans, corn, beets, etc.

Canned or "boxed" milk

Stew, chili, hash

Tomato sauce

Sauerkraut

Peanut butter

Dry pasta - spaghetti, macaroni, ramen noodles
