2017 Maryland Median Sales Price

Here is the Department of Housing and Urban Development's estimate of the median home prices for Maryland counties per the HUD web site for 2017

The Federal government estimates the median home price using data obtained from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the Federal Housing Administration, and First American CoreLogic, as well as county recorder data obtained from several hundred counties across the United States.
The Maryland county median home prices listed below are not the average home prices, but the "median" price. Meaning, one half of the homes in the respective county is higher than the median price and one half is below the median home price.
