Mary K. Feeney is Associate Professor and Lincoln Professor of Ethics in Public Affairs and Associate Director of the Center for Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy Studies at the School of Public Affairs at Arizona State University.

Her research interests include public management, nonprofit management, and science and technology policy. She is currently working on research investigating materials sharing among scientists and technology use in local governments.

Her paper "Factors Attracting Individuals to Nonprofit Management over Public and Private Sector Management" with Kelly LeRoux recently received the best scholarly paper award for 2015 in Nonprofit Management & Leadership.

She holds a PhD in public administration and policy from the University of Georgia, an MPP from the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University - New Brunswick, and a BS in Political Science from the University of Wyoming- Go Pokes!
