Dr. Martin Falk is Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the School of Business and IT at the University of South-Eastern Norway. His research interests are interdisciplinary and include innovation activities, ICT, firm behaviour, sustainability, tourism, hospitality and cultural research. I have a special interest in the application of quantitative methods, especially based microeconometric methods based on individual data (at individual, establishment and firm level).
Martin Falk holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Kiel and a doctoral degree in economics from the University of Regensburg. Martin Falk is regional (European) editor of International Journal of Tourism Policy, member of the editorial Advisory Board of International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Editorial board member of Tourism Economics and Empirica – Journal of European Economics. He is guest professor at the Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance (School of International Economics and Trade).
