I am currently a second year Lecturer of Economics and Statistics in the Department of Economics in the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.

I earned my Doctorate in Economics from the University of Kentucky in the summer of 2017. My research is primarily in the field of Labor Economics with a focus on the Economics of Education. My dissertation examined how students' expectations of completing college relate to post-secondary achievement. I am also analyzed how those expectations were formed when in high school and how they are updated upon graduation. I am also interested in Public Economics, Industrial Organization, and Behavioral Economics.

As a Lecturer for the University of Arizona I primarily teach a second sequence statistics course, Analytical Methods of Business, during the fall and spring semesters. I have also taught Intermediate Microeconomics and the Economics of Sports during the summer sessions. The Economics of Sports class was taught abroad in Paris and Barcelona as a part of the Sports Management Program offered by the Eller College. As a graduate student I taught courses in Principles of Economics, Principles of Microeconomics, Intermediate Microeconomics, and Economics and Business Statistics at both the University of Kentucky and Transylvania University.
