A key document is the Age Grade Variations document which was originally created by Trevor Collins and John Davenport of the MAR. This document was pushed by Eugene Ryan and Dave McHugh to be accepted by the IRFU Age-Grade rugby committee as a template for all under-age rugby for the whole. (Some anomalies were found between the different provinces and these were updated and corrected.) The updated document has proven to be a great resources for referees, coaches and players alike.
