My Gel-Insoles have sprung a leak and I would like a replacement.  How do I get my replacement?

Please email a photo of both the insoles and a copy of the completed warranty sheet (1/2 pc of paper given to you at the time of purchase) or credit card receipt, to - MarkInsoles@gmail.com  
A replacement pair of insoles will be sent to you upon processing (approximately 3-4 weeks).

My Heat Pack is not resetting and keeps turning white after I take it out of the boiling water.  What do I do?

First try boiling the heat pack for an additional 5-10 minutes longer than stated on the instruction sheet.  When you take it out of the water, check to make sure all the crystals have completely dissolved.  If this doesn’t work, send the Heat Pack and a copy of the warranty sheet (1/2 pc of paper given to you at the time of purchase) or credit card receipt, to Prism Enterprises, Inc., P.O. Box 680728, San Antonio, TX 78268.  A replacement heat pack will be sent to you upon processing (approximately 3-4 weeks).
