  • Get really cut up
  • Want a little more muscle mass, but not a whole lot more
Other Concerns
  • I study every other night and take some nootropics to help me
  • I lose sleep nights I study, but go to sleep early the next night
  • I have a very picky stomach, so there a certain nutrition "no-brainers" I can't do
