I am a National Science Foundation SBE Postdoctoral Fellow at the American Museum of Natural History. I study theĀ adaptations in the postcrania of hominins, focusing on functional anatomy. My dissertation, Functional Integration of the Hominin Forelimb, addressed joint shape and muscular organization using geometric morphometrics, modeling, and simulation to evaluate hominin locomotor behavior, specifically climbing and arboreal behavior.

My research interests include paleoanthropology, hominin locomotion, functional anatomy, postcranial growth, body proportions, geometric morphometrics, simulation and modeling.
