If you have an impending or completed wedding to a United States Marine, you're in for a heck of a ride. I have been with my Marine since 1997 . (He retired in 2006 with 20 years in, having attained the rank of Gunnery Sergeant.) When we met, I knew very little about the Marine Corps, other than that they were the "best".
I have learned a lot over the years, thanks in no small part to various military spouse support forums. But the fact remained that there was no place on the Web that told you what to do when you get married! And there's no manual that the Marines get, either, telling them what to do. So I decided to create one. Much of this is links to where to get the correct information, and much of it is in the form of contributions from other experienced Marine Wives.
There's lots to explore on this site, so take some time to look around. You can use the little search box to look for anything specific. Just select a category to view the associated Questions and Answers, or join our forum to get answers and support from other girlfriends, fiances, and wives.
