This website contains information about using and navigating through Marian island, a 4-island virtual space for meeting, sharing, and learning. Use the navigation bar to the left or these links below to move to particular locations.

• Starting up/navigating - for a handout with many video links on acquiring and using an avatar to you can visit these islands - useful to anyone using virtual islands with Firestorm viewer
• Schedule & events - for upcoming activities and events on the cluster of islands on Marian Island - none pending
• Healthcare Island - for buildings, meeting spaces, homes, mobile van, and healthcare spaces for this African simulation
• Meeting Island - for the training space (for using virtual environments), the Villa Retreat center with swimming area, the Western meeting building, the Grand Cathedral, and several informal meeting areas
• Playland - for recreational activities, treehouses, and an informal meeting space
• Eclectic Island - the landing space and the island filled with reusable virtual materials provided by generous virtual developers - for those who want to create their own islands.
