I am a PhD candidate in Economics at Clemson University. My research interest is Applied Microeconomics (Labor and Health Economics); my secondary fields are Public Economics and Econometrics. I am currently studying the career dynamics of female employees in the U. S. federal government.  I also analyzed the effect of the Russian maternity leave policies on fertility and the effect of American maternity leave policy (the FMLA) on women's promotion.
