I am a Full Professor of Computer Science at the Federal University of Fronteira Sul (Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul), where I research computer networks and the Internet of Things.

I hold a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California Santa Cruz (UCSC) and an MSc and a BSc in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).
