PTSO and Site Council Meetings are held the first Thursday of every Month. Site Council begins @ 4:30 pm in Room 113. PTSO begins at 6:00 pm in the Library. Everyone is welcomed to attend.

 Half Day (Parent-Teacher Conferences)
February 11th & 12th will be Parent Teacher Conferences. Students will be dismissed at 12:16. Lunch will be served from 12:20-12:50 with busses leaving campus at 12:50. There will be NO After School Activities on these days.
 
 
Parent-Teacher Conferences
Mansfeld will be conducting Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday February 11th. If you would like to schedule a conference with your child's teachers please call our counseling department at 225-1818 or 225-1805. We also offer a "drop in" time from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in our cafeteria.

STEM Night is coming
3rd Quarter Family STEM Night covers Animals and animal conservation. Thursday, February 18th. Please RSVP 225-1000 or kirstin.bittel@tusd1.org

New Student Orientation
On February 23rd, 2016 Tucson High Magnet School will be hosting a New Student Orientation event from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. We will begin in the auditorium with an introduction from your Principal Dr. Karyle Green and administration. 
This event is for all new THMS students who have been accepted into Tucson High School. Please contact the Tucson High Office of Curriculum at 225-5010 with any questions.

Open Enrollment is Happening Now

Mansfeld is  a STEM Magnet school. If your child lives outside the school boundaries, you will need to apply via the Magnet Lottery. Please contact TUSD School Community Services for an application.

 2015-16 School Information  

 The Mansfeld class hours will begin at 8:50 a.m. to 3:50 p.m. The campus will open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 4:30.  For the safety and supervision of all students please do not drop off your child any earlier than 8:00 a.m.

What does Mansfeld Magnet mean?
 Our Magnet focus is STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math). Over the 2 past years, teachers have been working to learn more about STEM curriculum by developing an enriching STEM experience in all content areas. We have introduced Interdisciplinary Project and Problem based units for the 2015-16 school year.

Services Department
