We serve overseas customers through courier service, therefore customers from other countries* may also buy spare parts from us, where there is a courier vendor available.

Please note that this method is for small quantities. For large quantities, please send us an official Quotation Request from your company.

How to inquire?

To make an inquiry, give us the detailed information of the spare parts needed, by EMAIL or EMAIL or direct MAIL.

Please state clearly the following:

  • Company
  • Full Address (Country, Zip/Postal Code) 
  • Telephone
  • Fax
  • Email Address
  • Car Make
  • Part Number
  • Description
  • Quantity
  • Brand preferred (Genuine/ After-market)
  • Self-collection or Delivery
    • If you require delivery/ courier service, we will require extra time to get the information in order to furbish a quotation. Thank you for your understanding.
    • Also, we can only source for services among capable vendors like FedEx/ DHL/ TNT. We reserve the right to specify the courier vendor.

What are the payment methods?

Goods can only be shipped after full payment, including any extra handling charges, packing charges, bank fees etc.

Depending on amount, currency etc, the payment methods, subject to terms and conditions, are as follows:
  • Bank to bank Telegraphic Transfer (T.T.)
  • Online payment using "Paypal" 
  • Cash 
All additional charges, such as bank fees, clearance fees, remittance fees MUST be borne by buyer. We reserve the right to specify any one method of payment required.
