Manchester Township Historical Society, York County, Pennsylvania, shares the results of our research through a series of research reports we call "Profiles." These reports focus on specific areas of interest and are contributed by researchers as they uncover new information. Some Profiles focus on historic homes, businesses, people, organizations, and other facets of Manchester Township and its relationship to surrounding areas. Because research is ongoing, individual Profiles may be modified in the original or supplemented as warranted.

Many of the reports are organized under various homes on the Manchester Township Historical Register. The MTHS number and name typically refer to the 1860 Shearer-Lake map of York County. More general topics are in the folder labeled "General Profiles." Click on the small, gray arrow to the left to open each folder.

While users may view, download, and print Profiles for personal use, the authors retain worldwide publication rights. Profiles may not be published in any form without written permission of the author. For information on the use of any publication, contact ManTwpHistory@gmail.com
