Ph.D., BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY

Dr. Mamata Singh is currently working as a Research Associate at the Department of Material Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, since January-2012.

She earned her doctoral degree in Chemistry from Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India in February 2010. Prior to that, she has completed her B.Sc. (Chemistry) and M.Sc. (Chemistry) from Udai Pratap (Autonomous) College (Purvanchal University), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

She has worked on "Studies on transition metal complexes of dithio ligands and their cyclic derivatives" during her Ph.D.

After completion of Ph.D.; she joined Department of Inorganic and Physical Chemistry, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (July 2009-January 2012).

She has worked as "Application Specialist" at Phenomenex, Hyderabad, India (January 2012-December 2012).
