Ambigrams

An ambigram is a type of word design art that shows one word to a reader and a different (or the same) word to a reader for a differnt angle or viewpoint, often when rotated 180 degrees.  Ever since I read the book Angels and Demons by Dan Brown, I have been fascinated by ambigrams and started drawing them myself, then cleaning them up in Photoshop.  This helps to show my creative side not only in the technical side of drawing the art, but in the process of thinking about and visualizing how to turn one character into another.  I am especially proud of the Laura/Isabel that I made for my friend and her daughter.  I hope you enjoy viewing this sample of my collection as much as I enjoyed creating them.
