About Me

My background is in personal development, training and coaching and I am also an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor. This means that I combine various therapeutic approaches and interventions to enable us to work together in the most effective way for you. I believe that the key to successful therapy is an open, trusting and honest relationship between me and my client regardless of theoretical approaches or techniques used.

I am a qualified life and business coach and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming master practitioner (NLP).

I work with a local project providing support and individual/group therapy for survivors of childhood sexual abuse.

My qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling, a Master Practitioner in NLP and a Diploma in Performance Coaching along with on-going continuous professional development courses including Transactional Analysis (TA), dream work and the use of stories and myth in counselling.

I am a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

I am a committee member with the Suffolk Association for Counselling (SAC).

I am committed to equal opportunities and provide counselling to people from any race, gender, religion or sexual orientation.
