Navy Rowing Camps http://www.navycamps.com/ Rowing camps for boys, girls and women. Navy also presents a classroom performance clinic. 
Penn AC http://www.pennac.org/ Not a recreational camp. This organization prepares rowers for national and international competition. You must qualify for and be recommended to this camp.
