Palma non sine pulvere....  No reward without effort

2017 Track and Field Season

Last night at Maine West, both the Frosh/Soph team and the Varsity won the District 207 team titles.

Ryan Anderson led the sophomore squad with (3) individual wins; the triple jump, the 110 High Hurdles, and the 300 Intermediate Hurdles.

The Varsity team was successful across the board, winning (9) of the (18) events. Sophomore Tommy Brady moved up to win the 3200 meter running 9:30.6, just (4) seconds off the State Qualifying mark.

Next week's events.

We host Maine West on Wednesday, April 19th in an open meet that will start at 4:30.
Come out and support the team! There will be a concession stand open and we will have some Maine South Track shirts available as well as snacks and drinks.

Thursday, April 20th we will have our only fundraiser of the year.
Chipotle will donate 50% of the proceeds purchased from 4pm until 8pm. You can even order online, but you must pick up and pay in the store. Take a  break from meal prep and support Boys Track!
The official flyer will be emailed out....but you just need to let them know at the register you would like to support the track team. Its that simple.
