Native Roots is a State of Maine based cattery that is active in preserving the original Maine Coon cat. Our coons are pedigreed many generations over the last 50+ years.
We have polydactyls!
When adopting one of our kittens, they will have their first two rounds of distemper vaccines, a veterinarian physical exam, health agreement and guarantee.
Our felines are in-home raised and are given personalized attention with our kids and chocolate lab.

We have completed testing for conditions such as HCM and PK Def and only work with negative bloodlines.
We work to preserve the way the original Maine Coon was with their natural breed qualities and traits.
A Maine Coon is a wonderful Christmas gift, housewarming present, aid in the loss of a loved one and much much more.
This breed is great with other pets and children.
We are a registered cattery and our bloodlines go back to 1972.
We guarantee the health of each kitten and our kittens are raised underfoot with our family so that they are ready to join yours.
